2025 Thailand 2MW Color Steel Tile Roof PV Bracket Project



This project is a 2MW color steel tile roof photovoltaic (PV) bracket project in Thailand in 2025, with the core of designing and supplying a suitable PV bracket system for the roof of industrial color steel tile factories.
Combined with the project requirements and Thailand's climate characteristics, the main body of the bracket is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which balances the needs of lightweight and load-bearing capacity. Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, light weight, beauty and durability, which can effectively resist the high temperature, high humidity and salt spray corrosion in Thailand. At the same time, the lightweight design can greatly reduce the roof load-bearing burden, adapting to the structural characteristics of the color steel tile roof; the aluminum alloy bracket adopts anodizing process, with an average oxide film thickness of ≥15μm and a minimum thickness of ≥12μm, ensuring corrosion resistance, avoiding structural weakening caused by pitting corrosion, and extending the service life. All performance indicators of the bracket material comply with international industry standards and have passed strict mechanical performance tests (tensile strength, yield strength) to ensure that it can bear extreme weather loads. At the same time, it has high cost performance, which is consistent with the project's economic goals.
